The former Hurricane Isidore, which is currently hovering around the northern
Yucatan Peninsula, has been downgraded to a tropical storm this morning, but it is
expected to strengthen to hurricane status again over the next 24 hours. This is a
slow-moving storm, and at this point it is rather uncertain where it will finally end
up.  Computer models from the National Hurricane Center in Miami, however, show a
probable movement northwards over the next few days. Now is the time you should begin to plan what you will do if it becomes necessary to evacuate.   
You DON'T need to panic; you DO need to stay informed.  Please drop by the OISS to pick up a "Hurricane Evacuation Information" sheet.  The National Hurricane..............
