Lassla Esquivel Durand

Was born in Mexico city March 22nd, 1983. She obtained a degree in Art History at Mexico City at the Universidad Iberoamericana. Her major research was: “E Munich y JW Waterhouse: Una transformación epocal“ (E Munch & JW Waterhouse: A time transformation) and “México y Argentina: dos caras de la caricatura latinoamericana“ (Mexico and Argentina: two faces of the latin american cartoon).. At present she has ventured in art marketing and achieved notability as a curator.

She works at Galería Enrique Guerrero in Mexico City, handling the press, broadcasting and curatory areas.

She has studied diverse artistic techniques, specializing in oil and acrylic painting since 2001.

To this day, she founded and directs the Cultural Boutique Centre “LAKKA Studio Art”
